- A covered trading hall with 56 stalls, improved drainage, new lighting and a shaded gathering area at the front of the Mercado Central.

- 56 registered vendors, most of them women-led micro-businesses, and the households who shop at the market daily.

- Trading hours extended into the wet season for the first time, with no vendor losing trading days during construction thanks to a temporary relocation plan.

- 21 local jobs during construction, 6 ongoing operations roles

- 5 Zaragoza-based contractors and suppliers engaged; 34 vendors completed food handling and cold-chain training
