Cold-chain and food handling sessions for market vendors

Forty-six vendors completed the first round of food safety training ahead of the market reopening.

Sessions covered temperature control, safe storage and the record keeping expected in the renewed market halls. A second round runs in October for vendors trading in the temporary area.
